Group Therapy

Group therapy is an excellent choice for individuals looking to supplement their current level of support. Rather than specifying groups by condition, for example - divorce support group, anxiety support group, etc -- our groups are based on proven therapeutic techniques which can be used to help individuals cope with a variety of conditions. Our Clinical Psychologists will consult with you and your existing treatment team if you have one, to identify which groups would be beneficial for your specific concerns. All therapy groups at The Practice LA are kept small, and intimate, in order to provide the best quality therapeutic environment for our clients. Each group is capped at a maximum of five clients. Participants in our Aftercare Program may attend as many groups as they would like, without additional fees. Clients looking for an "á la carte" therapy group are also welcome to join without participation in the Aftercare Program. All therapy groups meet in our West Los Angeles location.
